Farmer sourcing
We work with generational cultivators across Madhubani district, buying Makhana straight from the ponds where it grows. Every lot traces back to a named partnership, not a broker.
Harvest to grade
Seed is retrieved from wetland beds by hand, then sun-cured to bring moisture down. Each batch moves through standardized sorting, so buyers receive consistent grades.
Packaging follows a fixed protocol, with each lot labeled to its harvest and grading record so origin stays visible from pond to carton.
Long-term partnership
We pay fair commercial compensation for every lot, and we plan purchases with growers so the harvest remains stable from season to season and the wetlands are harvested with care.
